Who is responsible

Cookieless visit counter

The site sends a few whitelisted events to its own server at /api/e: switching language, clicks on the main buttons and contact links, and opening a scene. No cookies are set, no device identifier is created and your IP address is not stored.

Purpose: understanding which parts of the site are useful (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Events are kept for 12 months.

Google Analytics — only with your consent

If analytics is switched on for this site, a banner asks first. Google's script is not loaded until you press Accept. Consent mode starts with every storage type denied, and Accept grants analytics storage only.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Stored only in your browser

Radio calibration, flight history and favourites stay in your browser's storage. They are strictly necessary for the simulator to work, never leave your device and need no consent.

Collaboration form

If you send the form, your email, the role you chose and your message are stored on the server and forwarded to the owner's Telegram notification bot.

They are kept until your request is handled or until you ask for them to be deleted. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Scene images and scene data

Scene preview images on this page, and the scenes themselves in the simulator, are loaded by your browser directly from PlayCanvas servers (SuperSplat). As with any website, those servers see your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent — through the contact form or by email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
